Muffaletta Dip and Spread
- 1 cup green olives stuffed with pimentos
- 1 cup kalamata or Italian black olives, pitted
- 1 cup Italian Style mixed pickles ( gardenaria), drained
- 2 tbs pickled capers
- 1/2 tbs hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Put all ingredients in a food processor and chop till minced. It should be the consistancy of a relish.
