Ginger-Berry Chill
Purity at its finest--three simple ingredients plus a pinch of salt to bring out the natural sweetness. A cooling and hydrating treat with a surprising twist of spice.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 piece (1-inch) ginger, peeled
- Dash salt
- 1/2 cup coconut water, divided
DIRECTIONS
1. Place strawberries, ginger and salt in high speed blender container. Add 1/4 cup of the coconut water. Cover and blend until smooth, adding the remaining 1/4 cup coconut water as needed. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
