- Food Coloring – While adding a fun twist to many types of foods, the risks of food coloring may outweigh the benefits. Linked to cancers, tumors, and hyperactivity, food coloring can be found in jellies, juices, sodas, baked goods, and colorful cereal.
The convenience of packaged foods greatly minimizes time and energy spent in the kitchen, but the chemical additives contained in many grocery shelf products may cause serious health issues.
