Veronica’s Homemade Almond Milk Recipe

Almond Milk: Ingredients: 2 c. raw almonds,  4c. filtered water, plus more for covering almonds, 2tbs. coconut oil, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/8 tsp. salt - Directions: Put almonds in a large bowl, cover with filtered water & soak for 4-8 hours. Drain almonds and place in a blender. Add filtered water, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla & salt.  Puree  until smooth.  Strain through cheesecloth into glass jar.
